Still Working On It….But You Should Be Too!!!

Hello book and movie lovers,

As I toil over this lovely site, I have realized that in my welcome blog I forgot to mention one of the MOST important things about this site – YOUR contributions!

That is right – I would love to have your book vs. movie comparisons on this site even if it’s about a series I have already tackled (or am trying to tackle…or soon to tackle? Ok I haven’t tackled anything yet, but you get the picture). In the belief that there are many varied opinions about a book-to-movie-to-book venture, I am welcome for all and any of it.  This includes any art, videos or creative media you wish to lend to the site which will of course be published in the name you request, under the link “Comparisons By…YOU”.

That is all for now, but please send in those comparisons and let the world know how you really feel about that book you love being turned into a movie.

Adios for now!

Still in the Cupboard Under the Stairs,

Welcome…Under Construction?!

Well, “Hello World”..

…as it has been so aptly stated on my page for over a month now, I thought it would be more than appropriate to start off with the same cordial greeting.

I am currently in the process of attempting to give you, the “world”, the most complete tete-a-tete comparison of my first bookvsmovie series – Harry Potter: Books 1-7 vs Harry Potter: Movies 1-8.

Now, I know you are probably thinking that there are already an abundance of websites that have done the same but I, like a hopeless romantic, wish to give you another perspective that will no doubt, blow your minds and change your life forever. Because that is how every relationship works, right? No? Anyone? Ah, I’ll just stupefy you all, you’ll see!

Of course, I plan on assaulting your minds with many other series, but like many of you, Harry Potter holds a very special place in my heart and it would be a disservice to not give the series first priority.

That being said, please keep in consideration that *ahem*, the views expressed on this website, no matter how silly or inane, are simply opinions and not gospel. I wish to bring my personal perspective to book and movie lovers alike but I unfortunately will never see the whole story the way your brain does, so I apologize in advance if you do not agree with what I have written. However, any helpful comments or addendums will always be graciously accepted and added onto the site with proper name recognition if requested.

Alright kids, that’s enough welcome blabber for now – back to work!
